Platts launches eWindow instruments for Singapore gasoil swaps 16.30 London Nov. 2

Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, has launched a number of eWindow instruments for FOB Singapore 10ppm gasoil swaps 16.30 London, effective Nov. 2.

The addition of the new eWindow instruments follows the previously announced launch of gasoil EFS and Singapore gasoil swaps assessments at 16:30 London time May 5.

Participants in the Platts Market on Close assessment process are now able to submit bids and offers for publication directly through the eWindow software or through an editor, who will then publish bids and offers using the software.

The new instruments should automatically appear under the product names Platts GO (balmo) (London MOC), Platts GO (Lon MOC) and Platts GO Spr (Lon MOC) in reviewed market participants' existing portfolio where there is Platts Gasoil Diff ULSD 10ppm CIF NWE Cg/LSGO Dec 26.

Bids, offers and trades for FOB Singapore 10ppm gasoil swaps 16.30 London derivatives will be published through the eWindow software for Balance Month, Month 1, Month 2, Month 3, Month 4, Month 5, Month 6, Month 7, Month 8, Month 9, Month 10 and Month 11 contracts, along with their associated time spreads.

LOT SIZE: Minimum 50,000 barrels; maximum 500,000 barrels; default quantity: 50,000 barrels.

MOC TIMING: The cut off time to enter bids and offers for outright swaps is 16.20.00 London time and the cut off time to enter bids and offers for timespreads is 16.15.00.

INCREMENTABILITY: The price for bids and offers for FOB Singapore 10ppm gasoil 16.30 London derivatives (outright and timespreads) may be improved by a maximum of 20 cents/barrel every 20 seconds.

REPEATABILITY: Market participants will have 30 seconds to repeat a bid or offer, following a trade.

EXTENSION: An extension of one minute will be triggered by any price changes or a rebid or reoffer in the last 20 seconds before the close at 16.30.00 hours London time.
