Platts proposes to discontinue publication of MEG Asia Contract Price nominations

Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, is proposing to discontinue publishing the nomination values of contract prices for monoethylene glycol in Asia, effective Feb. 1, 2027.

The proposal comes after careful consideration of feedback regarding changes in market practices, as well as increasingly limited corroboration of nomination values.

The affected symbols would be:
