Platts to launch ewindow instruments for Singapore gasoil swaps 16.30 London Nov. 2

Effective Nov. 2, Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, will launch a number of eWindow instruments to facilitate the publication of bids, offers and interest to trade for FOB Singapore 10 parts per million gasoil swaps 16.30 London.

The addition of the new eWindow instruments follows the launch on May 5 of gasoil EFS and Singapore gasoil swaps assessments at 4:30 pm London time.

Participants in the Platts Market on Close assessment process will be able to submit bids, offers and interest to trade for publication directly through the eWindow software or through an editor, who would then publish bids and offers using the software.

The new instruments will automatically appear under the product names Platts GO (balmo) (London MOC), Platts GO (London MOC) and Platts GO Spr (London MOC). They will be automatically added to the reviewed market participants' existing portfolio where there is Platts Gasoil Diff ULSD 10ppm CIF NWE Cg/LSGO Dec26 on the day of launch. Bids, offers and trades for FOB Singapore 10ppm gasoil swaps 16.30 London derivatives will be published through the eWindow software for Balance Month, Month 1, Month 2 , Month 3, Month 4, Month 5, Month 6, Month 7, Month 8, Month 9, Month 10 and Month 11 contracts, along with their associated time spreads.

MOC TIMING: the cutoff time to enter bids and offers for outright swaps is 4:20:00 pm London time and the cutoff time to enter bids and offers for time spreads is 4:15:00 pm London time.

INCREMENTABILITY: The price for bids and offers for FOB Singapore 10ppm gasoil 16.30 London derivatives (outright and time spreads) may be improved by a maximum of 20 cents/barrel every 20 seconds.

REPEATABILITY: Market participants will have 30 seconds to repeat a bid or offer, following a trade.

EXTENSION: An extension of one minute will be triggered by any price changes or a rebid or reoffer in the last 20 seconds before the close at 4:30:00 pm London time.
