Platts to amend clean tanker basket flat rates for Suape related routes Oct. 1

Following the recent Worldscale Association update to port fees for Suape, Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, will amend the Worldscale flat rate baskets used in $/metric ton calculations for two of its clean tanker routes, effective Oct. 1, as follows:
