Platts publishes intraday values for CIF Main Asian Ports Spot Aluminum Premium

Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, has started publishing intraday price headlines in relation to its CIF Main Asian Ports Spot Aluminum Premium assessment (AAFGG00), effective Aug. 31, 2026.

The new intraday values for the CIF MAP aluminum premium are published daily, complementing existing intraday values for the Platts Aluminum Premium CIF Japan (MMANA00) assessment.

Platts publishes the intraday values at 3 pm Singapore time. The values represent MAP and MJP premiums at the time of publication, reflecting information reported to Platts up to that point. This, together with other information received before the 4:30 pm Singapore time stamp, will be considered for the day's final assessment.

Platts may update intraday values based on market conditions. Platts considers prevailing market structure when evaluating bids and offers for market representativeness at the time of publication.
