Aug. 31 UK summer bank holiday impacts US MWP publication
Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, will not publish a US Midwest Aluminum Transaction Premium (MWP) on Aug. 31, due to the summer bank holiday in the UK.
The MWP follows a London Metal Exchange publishing schedule and the LME is closed on that day.
Normal publishing schedules will resume on Sept. 1.
