Correction: NWE PVC assessment for CFR Turkey August 17

Due to a manual input error the low end value for the European PVC spot assessment for CFR Turkey was incorrectly published on August 17, 2011.

The value has been corrected and now reads as

CFR TURKEY** X 1105-1110 $/MT
