Platts discontinues publishing Nasdaq Nordic Power Futures data

Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, has discontinued republishing the Nordic Power Futures data from the Nasdaq exchange, effective July 27, 2026.

The discontinuation followed the acquisition of the Nordic power futures business from Nasdaq in 2025 by Euronext, the majority owner of power market exchange operator Nord Pool.

In March 2026, Euronext launched the Nord Pool Power Futures, migrating all the open interest from the legacy Nasdaq platform.

If they were not republished prior to the discontinuation date, the futures Nasdaq prices will not be backfilled.
