Platts to stop republishing LMBA Gold and Silver prices by July 17
Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, will no longer publish daily LBMA Gold and Silver prices, effective July 17.
These prices are publicly available on the LMBA website.
Platts, which republishes these prices from the ICE Benchmark Administration (IBA), will still publish other silver and gold third-party exchange data prices.
In addition to the daily LMBA Gold and Silver prices, Platts will cease publication of all related weekly, monthly and yearly prices.
The prices impacted by the change include:

The LBMA prices were published in Metals Daily, Metals Week and the Metals Week Monthly Averages publication, as well as in the Platts pricing database.
