Platts to amend Worldscale basket rate for Basrah-related dirty tanker routes July 1

Following the recent Worldscale Association update to port fees for Iraq's Basrah port, Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, will amend the Worldscale flat rate baskets used in $/mt calculations for 15 Basrah-related dirty tanker assessments, effective July 1, 2026, details of which are as follows:
