Platts amends dirty tanker basket flat rates for UK-Continent dirty tanker assessments, May 1

Following the recent Worldscale Association update to port fees for Sullom Voe and the Flotta Terminal, Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, has amended the Worldscale flat rate baskets used in $/mt calculations for its UK-Continent transatlantic dirty tanker assessments, effective May 1.

Following this amendment, the new average flat rates for the following assessments are:

Dirty UKC-Med 80kt: $18.40/mt

Dirty UKC-UKC 80kt: $10.63/mt

Assessment: Daily Code, MAvg Code

Dirty UKC-Med 80kt: TDACB00, TDACB03

Dirty UKC-UKC 80kt: TDACD00, TDACD03

Theaffected assessments appear in Platts Dirty Tankerwire; on Platts Shipping Alert page, 1430 and 1431 and Platts Tanker Alert pages 1960, 1961; as well as in the Platts price database under the codes above.
