Following the recent Worldscale Association update to port fees for Zueitina, Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, will amend the Worldscale flat rate used in $/metric ton calculations for its Libya-Mediterranean dirty tanker assessments, effective May 1, 2026.
Following this amendment, the new average flat rate for the assessments will be:
Dirty Libya-Med 80,000 mt: $7.79/mt

The affected assessments is:
