Platts to align publication of ENEOS benzene CP nomination, settlement

S&P Global Platts will align the publication of the ENEOS benzene contract price nomination and settlement with the settlement month effective April 30, 2021.

Currently, Platts is publishing the ENEOS benzene CP settlement and nomination for a given month on the last weekly publication of the previous month. The publication dates reflect the time stamp at which the CPs are published. For instance, the March ENEOS CP settlement and nomination published on Feb. 26, 2021 reflected a February publication date.

Following the alignment, the ENEOS benzene CP settlement would continue to be published on the last working day of the previous month, but would reflect a publication date corresponding to the month for the CP settlement. For instance, the May ENEOS benzene CP settlement would be published on April 30, 2021 and would reflect a May publication date.

The affected assessments are published on the Petrochemicals Service on the Platts Platform, and Platts Petrochemical Alert fixed pages 322 and 601 on the Platts Market Center, in the Asian Petrochemical Scan and in the Platts database under the codes listed below.
