Platts consolidates European R-PS to Virgin PS spreads

Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, has consolidated the spreads between recycled and virgin polystyrene spot prices, effective April 1, 2026.

As part of the change, Platts has discontinued the symbol RSPSA04.

The Recycled PS Black Pellets Spread to Virgin GPPS (ARPTQ00) continues to be published on Platts Core and in Sustainable Polymerscan.

The decision to consolidate the spread was published on Jan. 21 here.
