Platts European MTBE, ETBE Market on Close incrementability changes

Effective immediately on March 6, 2026, Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, is changing the incrementability guidelines to allow bids and offers for MTBE FOB ARA (PHALA00), ETBE FOB AR (AASLQ00), ETBE FOB AR Spread to MTBE FOB ARA (AASLQ02) to increase by up to $2/mt every 20 seconds.

This is as opposed to the current 25 cents/mt per 20 seconds.

This change is implemented until further notice.
