Platts European MTBE Market on Close incrementability changes

Effective immediately for March 5, 2026, Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, is changing the incrementability guidelines to allow bids and offers for MTBE FOB ARA (PHALA00) to improve by up to $2/mt every 20 seconds.

This is as opposed to the current 25 cents/mt per 20 seconds.

Platts will revert to the 25 cents/mt per 20 seconds increments following March 5, 2026.

Platts reserves the right to change incrementability guidelines in the MOC process throughout the day, depending on evolving market conditions.
