Following the recent Worldscale Association update to port fees for Tees River and Bouri, Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, will amend the Worldscale flat rate baskets used in $/mt calculations for its UK-Continent Transatlantic and Libya-Mediterranean dirty tanker assessments, effective March 2.
Following this amendment, the new average flat rates for the following assessments will be:
Dirty UKC-USGC 80kt: $21.99/mt
Dirty UKC-USGC 135kt: $21.99/mt
Dirty UKC-USAC 80kt: $16.46/mt
Dirty UKC-USAC 135kt: $16.46/mt
Dirty UKC-ECC 80kt: $13.51/mt
Dirty Libya-Med 80kt: $7.70/mt
