Lunar New Year publishing schedule for Platts Asia renewables

The S&P Global Energy office in Penang will be closed on Feb. 17-18, 2026, for the Lunar New Year holidays.

On these days, no India, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand International Renewable Energy Certificate assessments or commentaries will be published over Feb. 17-18.

Additionally, Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, will close its Platts Market on Close assessment processes in Asia early on Feb. 16. Singapore I-REC assessments will be basis 12:30 pm Singapore time, while Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and India I-REC assessments will be basis 12:30 pm Penang time.

Assessments for all other regions will be published as usual, along with the publication of REC Daily. Usual publishing schedules for Asian I-RECs will resume on Thursday, Feb. 19.
