Platts restates European R-PS to Virgin PS spread

Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, would like to clarify that the recycled-virgin polystyrene spread, databased under the symbol ARPTQ00, is calculated as a difference between spot prices for Recycled PS Black Pellets and Virgin GPPS.

Platts will correct the name of the symbol's description to accurately reflect the calculation.
