SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Glencore Ltd to join bunkers MOC in USWC, USGC, Latin America

Glencore Ltd. has advised Platts that it would like to participate in the Platts Americas Market on Close assessment process for bunkers in the following markets: Panama and Latin America-Physical, USGC-Physical and Canada/USWC-Physical.

Platts has editorially reviewed Glencore Ltd. and will consider information from Glencore Ltd. in the Americas assessment process for Canada/USWC, Panama and Latin America and USGC bunkers subject at all times in adherence to Platts' editorial standards.

Platts will publish all relevant information from Glencore Ltd. accordingly.
