Refinery news roundup: Petroecuador to build new diluent pipeline to Esmeraldas refinery

New York — Petroecuador will replace an existing pipeline carrying cutter stock used as diluent for No. 6 fuel oil to its 110,000 b/d Esmeraldas refinery with a new one.

The project is expected to be completed in October.
