Low-carbon cement producer Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies and construction company Groupe Angevin have announced an expansion of their collaboration through a newly signed agreement with its subsidiary, Angevin Île-de-France, which focuses on structural projects in the Île-de-France region, according to a joint statement.

The agreement includes a multiyear volume commitment for Angevin Île-de-France to use Hoffmann Green's 0% clinker cement across its construction projects.

"The extension of this collaboration to the Île-de-France region represents a key milestone in accelerating the deployment of our technologies in a strategic area," Julien Blanchard and David Hoffmann, co-founders of Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies, said in the statement April 13.

Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, last assessed Platts CEMDEX Turkey at $54/metric ton FOB on April 9.
