For Existing Core Customers

If you have an active Core subscription, you automatically receive unlimited access to S&P Global Energy Discovery at no additional charge. By accessing S&P Global Energy Discovery, you agree it is subject to your existing Master Service Agreement and the S&P Global Terms of Use.

For Prospective Customers Only - Trial Access Terms

Prospective customers are individuals or organizations who do NOT currently have an active Core subscription.

Trial Period: 30 days from first access

By accessing S&P Global Energy Discovery as a prospective customer, you agree to these supplemental trial terms in addition to the S&P Global Terms of Use.

Trial Access

  • Access is limited to prospective customers only for 30 calendar days and will automatically terminate
  • For evaluation purposes only - no commercial use permitted
  • Access is non-transferable and linked to your registered email

Data Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Download, copy, or retain any data after trial ends
  • Share, redistribute, or resell any accessed information
  • Use data for trading, investment decisions, or derivative products
  • Scrape or bulk extract data

Important Notices

  • All data is approximately 18 months old and provided "AS IS"
  • Data remains S&P Global's exclusive property
  • No warranties provided for historical data accuracy
  • Must delete any retained information upon trial expiration
  • S&P Global may terminate access immediately for any violations

No Obligation

This trial creates no obligation to purchase S&P Global services. Any future commercial relationship will require separate agreements.
