Platts moves US cobalt cathode assessment to daily frequency

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has increased the frequency of its US cobalt cathode assessment (MMAEO00) to daily from weekly, effective Aug. 29, 2023.

The move to daily from the previous Thursday-only publication will help better capture liquidity in spot market trading.

The assessment specifications remain as follows:
