Platts suspends publication of California Bundled REC Bucket 1, 2, 3 Prior Year Vintages from Oct 30

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has suspended publication of California Bundled Renewable Energy Certificates (REC) Bucket 1, 2, and 3 prior-year price assessments, effective Oct. 30.

This suspension reflects California's Renewables Portfolio Standard (RPS) targets system, which requires these targets to be verified based on a multiyear accounting period rather than an annual one.

Compliance Period 4 has concluded and, as a result, Platts will suspend publication of its Prior Year vintage assessments.

The price assessments affected by this suspension are as follows:

These assessments appear in the fixed pages CLE3205, PEA0752, EVA3010, and AGP2752, as well as REC Daily and Megawatt Daily.
