Platts proposes to update the publishing calendar used for the Platts global petrochemical indices

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, proposes updating the calendar for publishing the Platts global petrochemical indices to the Global publishing calendar, effective Dec. 1, 2025.

The indices are currently following the Singapore publishing calendar.

Under the proposed change, the indices would be published on every weekday, apart from the days designated as global holidays, namely Christmas, New Year's Day and Good Friday. On days, when individual regions' inputs are not available due to regional holidays, the index would use the latest databased value from the last assessment date for that input.

The affected indices appear in Platts Petrochemical Alert on page 900 and in the Platts price database under the following symbols:
