Platts proposes to discontinue Platts FOLicht UCOME +5 FOB ARA assessment

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, proposes to discontinue its Platts FOLicht UCOME +5 FOB ARA (AFOLA04) price assessment effective Jan. 21, 2026.

Platts proposes to discontinue the Eur/mt spot price assessment as the UCOME FOB ARA outright price better reflects market liquidity.

Platts UCOME FOB ARA outright price assessment (AUMEB00) will not be discontinued and will continue to provide a comprehensive view of market dynamics.

The FOLicht UCOME assessment is published in the Biomass-Based Diesel Report, World Biodiesel Price report. The assessment is also available on Platts Connect.
