Platts proposes to discontinue daily and monthly Canadian OTC natural gas indices

Platts, a part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, proposes to discontinue the daily and monthly Canadian OTC natural gas indices effective Jan. 30, 2023.

The indices represent trades at the TCPL Alberta, AECO-C, Dawn, Ontario, Westcoast Station 2, and Northwest, Canadian Border (Sumas), and Emerson, Viking locations that were not executed on the ICE NGX exchange.

The daily indices are published in Gas Daily and Platts alert pages PGN1210 and AGP1210. The monthly indices are published in Inside FERC First of the Month and Platts alert pages PGN1220 and AGP1220.
