For the Market on Close assessment process, S&P Global Platts is changing the incrementability guidelines to allow bids and offers for Asia LNG derivatives to improve by up to 10 cents/MMBtu every 30 seconds, as opposed to the current 5 cents/MMBtu every 30 seconds.
The incrementability for Asia LNG physical is currently at 5 cents/MMBtu every 1 minute.
These changes reflect the current volatility in the market due to European gas market price movements.
Platts reserves the right to change incrementability guidelines in the MOC process throughout the day depending on evolving market conditions.
These changes apply to the Platts JKM, WIM and MEM assessments, until further notice.
