Platts to change daily Far East ammonia assessment timestamp effective Sept 2

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will change the timestamp for its daily CFR Far East ammonia assessment, effective Sept. 2, 2024.

The daily CFR Far East ammonia timestamp will move from its current 16:30 London, UK timestamp to a 16:30 Penang, Malaysia timestamp. This is currently equivalent to 16:30 Singapore time and 17:30 Tokyo time. The assessment will also follow the Penang publishing calendar.

The change will align the daily assessment more closely with local trading hours in Asia.
