Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will discontinue the publication of an assessment rationale for the Thai Long Grain White Rice 5% Broken FOB assessment, effective July 28, 2025.

The rationale appeared on Thai Long Grain White Rice 5% Broken alert page PAA 2402 and also in Rice Daily.

The Platts Thai Long Grain White Rice 5% Broken FOB (LRABB00) assessment and its methodology will remain unaffected by this change. Any information on trades, bids and offers for Thai Long Grain White Rice 5% Broken will continue to be included in the daily market commentary and news as necessary.
