Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, proposes to discontinue its AS Black Sea FOB caprolactam (Russian) ($/mt) price assessment, effective Sept. 5, 2024.

The proposal reflects the absence of exports of standard grade AS of Russian origin via the Black Sea.

The assessment currently appears under the symbol FASCB04.

The assessment appears in Platts Connect, the Nitrates Market Report, and the Platts price database.
