Platts to discontinue Chile CFR Mejillones sulfuric acid contract and spot price assessment, July 1

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will discontinue its Chile CFR Mejillones sulfuric acid contract and spot price assessment, effective July 1.

This decision follows a review of evolving market dynamics and trade flows in Chile's fertilizer market.

Platts originally proposed the discontinuation of this weekly price assessment on March 18 in a subscriber note.
