HIGHLIGHTS
Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will launch a number of eWindow instruments for LPG large cargoes in the Mediterranean, LPG coasters in the Black Sea and Propane CIF Poland assessments, effective April 14.
The addition of the new eWindow instruments follows previously announced Platts LPG assessment launches on Nov. 1: Platts launches CIF Mediterranean large cargo LPG assessments; and Jan. 2: Platts launches CIF Black Sea LPG coaster assessments Jan 2 and Platts launches Poland propane assessments.
The new eWindow instruments and respective pricing basis will appear as follows:

Reviewed participants in the Platts Market on Close assessment process are able to submit bids or offers for publication directly through the eWindow communication tool or through an editor who would then publish the bids and offers using the software.
