Platts seeks feedback on proposed CGPR format changes

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, is seeking feedback on potential changes to the layout of the Canadian Gas Price Reporter (CGPR) publication. Platts proposes to remove page 2 from the report and to revise the list of locations on page 3.

Page 2 is an overview of Canadian Gas fundamental data. It contains a brief commentary, a table of weekly Canadian supply and demand fundamentals, and charts and graphics of estimated Canadian gas storage levels.

Page 3 shows the preliminary monthly prices for fixed-price and basis trades at several Platts locations. Platts is seeking feedback on whether the list of locations should be modified or removed completely.

In addition, the CGPR publication would be moved on Platts Connect from the Research Reports and Outlook section to the Market Reports section with the other natural gas publications.
