Platts to amend cargo sizes for North Sea crude assessments

In line with evolving shipping trends in the region and crude oil loading programs in 2022, Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will amend the cargo size on its Alvheim, Asgard, Gullfaks, Johan Sverdrup and Statfjord, assessments, effective from May 2023 cargoes.

The new assessment sizes from May 2023 cargoes onwards will be:

Alvheim 520,000 barrels

Asgard 650,000

Gullfaks 800,000

Johan Sverdrup 700,000

Statfjord 800,000
