The role price assessments play in energy transition
Energy transition will require the development of new benchmarks to provide reliable pricing information for investors and the trading community.
S&P Global Commodity Insights has a well established track record of producing assessments already reflecting a broad range of tradable commodities and energy resources directly linked to the global push to reduce emissions.
More assessments will emerge over time but the map shows a selection of existing prices, including their unique Platts symbol code, which reflect the progress that has been made in measuring and providing transparency to the value of low-carbon commodities and energy.
