Thomas Yagel is the Chief Operating and Product Officer for S&P Global Horizons. In this role, he is responsible for setting strategy and leading key initiatives across ESG Technology, Content, Research, Solutions and Product. Prior to taking the position with Horizons in 2021, Thomas led the Corporates business with in Market Intelligence for the previous six years.
Thomas has an extensive background in both finance and technology. He joined S&P Global in 2007. In addition to his time in the financial information services industry, Thomas spent the first decade of his career in software product development and consulting primarily for global telecommunication firm Alcatel, but also in a handful of startup business.
Thomas holds an M.B.A. with honors in finance and accounting from New York University Stern School of Business and a B.S. in physics from the University of Virginia

Terry leads the overall climate science and socioeconomic strategy of the Science Team. He co-founded The Climate Service, leading the development of the TCS software platform and methodology using his over 20 years of experience in advancing climate analysis for industry. Prior to S&P Global, Terry led LMI's climate program, established the Intelligent systems Laboratory at Gould Electronics, and was the former VP of Energy & Environment at Metron Aviation (an Airbus subsidiary) serving as a principal investigator for many NASA and FAA environmental studies.
Terry holds a doctorate and masters in Biophysics from University of Rochester Medical School

Lindsey Hall is Head of ESG Thought Leadership at S&P Global Horizons, where she co-hosts the ESG Insider podcast and is a steering member of S&P Global's Diversity Research Lab.
She got her start in financial journalism writing for various Financial Times publications in London before joining SNL Financial in 2010, where she spent a decade covering financial news and regulation as a reporter and editor.
Lindsey holds a Masters from the London School of Economics.

Adrian overseas the strategic initiatives at S&P Global Horizons including the commercial strategies and go-to-market for all segments, as well as the sustainability solutions S&P Global delivers across all five divisions. This includes building long-term partnerships with clients as well as delivering unified solutions from across S&P Divisions to meet their immediate needs. He also heads up the global coverage program with S&Ps strategically important clients within the realm of sustainability. He works with Horizons’s Strategic Account Directors and the representatives of each S&P Global Division to understand where S&P can most impactfully support our clients on their sustainability initiatives.
Prior to working in S&P Global Horizons, Adrian was EMEA Commercial Head of Financial Institutions for S&P Global Ratings. He also spent 13 years as an International Manager at HSBC Bank, with postings across corporate banking divisions in UK, France, USA and Poland. Adrian has a BA in Law & Business Studies from Warwick University. He speaks English and French, intermediate Polish and basic Cantonese.

Jessica is Head of Client Development for the Financial Institutions business at Trucost, part of S&P Global. This entails: providing day to day support and training for our clients; overseeing product developments to meet the future objectives of our clients; and, working with partners to distribute Trucost data through global channels.
Jessica joined Trucost in 2008, working with asset managers and asset owners to integrate environmental data into their investment decisions. In 2010, she became responsible for developing and managing Trucost’s relationships with consultancies, software houses and financial data providers across the globe. Her responsibilities have included project management, product design & testing, strategy, contract negotiation, report editing and writing.
Jessica holds a BA Hons in English Literature from Durham University.

Leanne Todd is the Senior Vice President of Horizons, Energy Expansion and Sustainability, with S&P Global Energy. 25 years of experience in the energy sector, her career has spanned working in reservoir and geoscience-based research, data, and software. Her new role focuses on renewable energy, sustainability & data centers, to help the industry navigate opportunities and risks.
Leanne's career began in the field, where she worked on environmental solutions for oil and gas operations. She has worked in engineering companies specializing in economics, reservoir analysis, and optimization. She has held various leadership roles in sales, software development, data, market insights, and consulting. Recently, she led decarbonization initiatives in upstream data and insights, which included carbon capture, land, water usage, abatement scenarios, and the Center for Emissions Excellence.
Today, Leanne leads a global team focused on energy transition, sustainability, datacenters, CERAWeek, and conferences. The Horizon’s team creates research and products that include, energy scenarios, clean tech, emissions, carbon registries, datacenters, IoT, cybersecurity, climate & physical risk, and regulatory disclosure. This critical research connects the energy story, supporting the path in alternative energy, growth of AI and datacenter demand, environmental impact, and financing, while leveraging AI to develop innovative solutions for a rapidly evolving global market.
Leanne has held executive leadership positions at IHS Markit in sales and product management, as well as senior leadership roles in energy consulting and software companies. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and business from the University of Calgary.

EMEA Head, ESG Client Engagement
Dr. Kieran Dobson holds a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from KU Leuven where he led a team of researchers studying social entrepreneurship and venture philanthropy, splitting his time between Belgium and India. Kieran continues to publish academic research addressing the scalability, internationalization, and business model characteristics fostering impact for social enterprises including in the International Business Review, and the Journal of Cleaner Production. Before joining Horizons and S&P Global, Kieran was the Energy and Automotive ESG analyst at the asset manager RobecoSAM, where he identified, analyzed, and quantified financially-material sustainability aspects within these industries for the Corporate Sustainability Assessment and the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices. Today, Kieran is the Head of ESG Client Engagement for EMEA, engaging with internal and external clients on integrating, applying, and developing S&P Global ESG datasets, products, and research. Kieran specializes in partnering with financial service clients; engaging with clients representing various asset classes to implement ESG initiatives, themes, and data within their workflows and benchmarking to mitigate ESG risks, address ESG Regulations, and enhance their sustainability product strategies.
Furthermore, Kieran is the Global Head of Sustainable Stock Exchanges at Horizons, focusing engagements on Stock Exchanges and the Sustainable Stock Exchanges initiatives to facilitate partnership between Exchanges and S&P Global to help drive the sustainable finance market and enable Investor Relations teams. Central to this role represents identifying material sustainability details for private and listed entities, addressing both local and global nuances and to identify opportunities that will effectively represent the sustainability profiles of the local entities and both their listed and non-listed entities for wider capital market participants and contribute to the development of sustainable finance options through partnership with S&P Global.

Senior ESG Client Engagement Specialist
Myrna Ghanem is the Secretary for the S&P Global Horizons Investor Client Council. Myrna is a Senior ESG Client Engagement specialist working with clients to guide them through their ESG and Sustainability journey using S&P Global data. She is focused on climate and impact, particularly the SDGs, and how clients can integrate these into their workflows.
Myrna has a diverse background ranging from Sociology and Economics to Music Performance and Data Analytics. She holds an MSc in International Economics and Data Analytics from NYU. She is also a member of the Female Forum and the Women in Sustainability Network. Most recently, Myrna was named a McKinsey Next Generation Women Leader in 2023.

Senior Client Engagement Specialist
Dr. Warrick Fuchsloch is a senior client engagement specialist at S&P Global Sustinable1. Acting as a subject matter expert, Warrick specialises in assisting clients in implementing sustainability initiatives, themes, and data within their workflows and benchmarking to mitigate ESG risks, address regulations, and enhance their sustainability strategies. Previously, Warrick was an ESG analyst with a materials and mining sector focus where he specialised in methodology development, analysis, and evaluation of financially material sustainability themes within the Corporate Sustainability Assessment. Prior to joining S&P, Warrick spent several years with LSE-based AfriTin Mining Ltd, over which time they built a world-class Lithium-Tin-Tantalum mine in Namibia, where Warrick was attributed to exploration, process engineering, social and environmental management and oversaw most of the company’s future project development goals throughout Africa. Warrick holds a PhD in Economic Geology from the University of the Witwatersrand where he researched and published articles on the orogenesis of transition metals and commodities and their value toward a climate-focused future.

Mr. Sala de Vedruna and his team deliver competitive strategy and market analysis to governments, developers, utilities, Oil and Gas companies and renewables equipment manufacturers on key trends and market opportunities related to the Energy Transition. He is the author of numerous S&P Global reports, including analyses of business models and competitive strategies employed by key market players in the global renewables sector. Mr. Sala de Vedruna has more than 20 years of consulting and research experience in the energy sector with a focus on market analysis and competitive strategy, particularly with the global renewables market. He has worked on numerous tailored consulting assignments, providing strategic advice and recommendations. Prior to joining S&P Global, he was responsible for market research and management consulting at International Venture Consultants, where he contributed to a variety of projects for major oil and gas companies.
Mr. Sala de Vedruna holds a degree in economics from the University of Barcelona, Spain. He is based in London and is fluent in English, Spanish, Catalan and French.
