Watch: Why Asian LNG spot prices falling below European gas prices was unsustainable

LNG spot market prices in Asia recently fell below gas prices in Europe for the first time since 2015. This pushed a significant amount of LNG into the European markets, which also weighed on prices as gas is competing with other fuels in the region. Jeffrey Moore, S&P Global Platts LNG Analytics Manager in Asia, explains why prices in Asia will have to maintain a position above European prices.
