Listen: Trump promises wider ethanol sales as trade wars hit farmers

Smith also talks about her opposition to the Environmental Protection Agency allowing small refineries to get out of their obligations under the biofuel mandate and what she hopes the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee can accomplish after the elections.
