Change to European gasoil netback formula, as of January 4

Effective January 4, 2011, the Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the netback formulas for FOB Med 0.1% gasoil will be $8.89/mt.

For FOB NWE 0.1% gasoil the Worldscale flat rate will be $8.06/mt.
