Following industry feedback, S&P Global Platts proposes to amend the discharge port reflected in its Houston to Turkey petcoke assessment from Aliaga to Iskenderun, effective March 1, 2018.
Platts understands that while petcoke does flow to Aliaga from Houston, the main discharge port in Turkey for material is Iskenderun.
This assessment appears in the Dry Freight Wire pdf and the fixed page PMA-3912 under the code CIPHT00.
