Platts launches new ICE Agua Blanca Pool (Intra) natural gas index

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has launched a new natural gas daily and monthly ICE Agua Blanca Pool (Intra) index and has changed the name of the existing ICE Agua Blanca Pool index to ICE Agua Blanca Pool (Inter) to align with the Agua Blanca Pool trading locations on the Intercontinental Exchange.

These changes went into effect on trade date Dec. 18 for flow date Dec. 19 for the daily indexes and for trade date Dec. 24 for the monthly indexes, the first trading day of January bidweek.

The symbols for the new ICE Agua Blanca Pool (Intra) index are as follows:

Daily Index: JAAXZ00

Monthly Fixed: JAAXZ03

Monthly Basis: JAAXZ36

Symbols for the name change to ICE Agua Blanca Pool (Inter) index are as follows:

Daily Index: JAAHU00

Monthly Fixed: JAAHU03

Monthly Basis: JAAHU36
