SUBSCRIBER NOTE: S&P Global Platts to discontinue 21 US and LatAm steel assessments

S&P Global Platts will discontinue 21 steel price assessments for the US and Latin American markets from March 1st, 2019 due to a lack of liquidity and changes in product flow.

As all assessments proposed to be discontinued are on a monthly basis the last assessment day for all 21 prices will be February 1st, 2019.

Details of the assessments that will be discontinued are as follows:
