Platts to switch fronthaul, backhaul for Platts Bunker Charge assessments for Indian Subcontinent to North Asia from Jan 2

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will switch Platts Bunker Charge 19 and Platts Bunker Charge 20 in their fronthaul and backhaul categorizations, to reflect current trade flow dynamics between the two regions.

Currently, PBC1900 -- Indian Subcontinent-to-North Asia -- is the fronthaul, but will be categorized as backhaul effective Jan. 2. Similarly, North Asia-to-Indian Subcontinent will transition from backhaul to fronthaul.
