SUBSCRIBER NOTE UPDATE: Platts reschedules launch of daily European MX assessments for Feb 2

Platts will publish FOB ARA solvent and virgin xylene assessments on a daily basis from February 2, 2015 in order to capture intra-week liquidity. This replaces a previous subscriber note stating the launch date would be January 2.

The new daily assessments will replace the weekly prices of solvent (PHAAW00) and virgin xylene (PHABD00) published every Friday in the Europe and Americas Petrochemicalscan. These prices can be found on Platts Petrochemical Alert pages PCA 328 and PCA 233.

Platts will discontinue the weekly FOB ARA hydro xylene barge price assessment published every Tuesday in the Solventswire from April 1, 2015. The hydro xylene assessment (PHAGD00) appears on PCA 370 and in Tuesday's Solventswire. It will be replaced with the solvent xylene assessment (PHAAW00).
