Platts ceases publication of rollover fertilizer price assessments

In a change to its published methodology and prior practice, Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will no longer publish any rollover fertilizer price assessments, starting from the holiday week between Christmas and New Year.

Rollovers are when previously published prices are republished unchanged.

As previously announced, there will be no Fertecon Weekly or Bi-Weekly Market Reports during the period between Christmas and New Year.

Following the cessation of rollovers, no weekly or bi-weekly price assessments will be published to the Connect Data Browser or the Platts PricePoint database during that week.

Daily ammonia reports will continue to be published during the week except on Dec. 25 and Dec. 26.

Assessments will be published to a 12:30 pm London timestamp on Dec. 22 and Dec. 29.

The normal global fertilizer publication schedule will resume the week beginning Jan. 2, in line with the Pricing Holiday Schedule.
