SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to announce update to Singapore gasoil benchmark at 0930 GMT

Please note that S&P Global Platts intends to provide details regarding an update to its methodology for assessing its Singapore and Middle East gasoil benchmarks, at 5:30 pm Singapore time (0930 GMT) on December 5, 2016.

This announcement will provide updates regarding the formal consultation opened by Platts on September 6 regarding the possible lowering of the sulfur specification of its flagship FOB Singapore Gasoil and FOB Arab Gulf assessments to 10 ppm from 500 ppm currently.
