Brightoil Petroleum International has advised Platts it intends to take part in the Platts Asia Market on Close assessment process for physical fuel oil cargoes and paper swaps. Platts considers bids, offers and transactions by all credible and credit worthy parties in its assessment procedures. Platts requests that any potential counterparty that may be unable to trade with BrightOil, for any reason, to please notify Platts. BrightOil Petroleum International will trade as BOPI.
