On November 30, 2016, Platts will assess the US Gulf Coast ULSD (62 grade), US Gulf Coast ULSHO (67 grade) and No. 2 heating oil (77 grade) for Colonial Pipeline C66 using the NYMEX January ULSD futures contract as the basis.
This basis will be reflected in C66 eWindow instruments as well. Starting on December 1, all Colonial Pipeline C66 markets will also be assessed against the NYMEX January ULSD futures.
Through November 29, Gulf Coast ULSD prompt pipeline, jet fuel and No. 2 heating oil prompt pipeline will be assessed against the NYMEX December ULSD futures contract.
